Welcome! My name is Stephen Morrison, and this is my coffee company.

I started morrison coffee to share fresh, delicious coffee with the city I was born in and love: Columbus, Ohio. 

Our roastery is currently run out of a small garage in Pickerington.

We roast our coffee in small batches on an American-made Diedrich IR-2.5. All of our bags are roasted to order then shipped or brought to your door (for local delivery) the very same day we roast it. We do all this to ensure you'll enjoy the freshest cup possible. 

Coffee is a delicate, beautiful thing. It deserves respect. Fresh coffee is better! 

Our mission is threefold:

Fresh, delicious coffee. morrison coffee sources delicious, unique, and enjoyable coffees from around the world and roasts them fresh in small batches. We love to explore coffee and often feature unique origins and exciting processing methods.

Ethical sourcing. We prioritize sourcing coffee ethically from cooperative, woman-run, and small family farms. Coffee production has a fraught history of injustice, and while we can only do so much, we strive to source coffee in a manner that provides a better life for coffee producers.

A cooperative effort. As morrison coffee grows, our business structure will remain worker-owned and cooperatively run.
